Coldbrook, Llanover & Llanarth Estates have numerous houses, including former farm houses, vicarages, rectories, cottages and bungalows which are available to rent on long leases for up to 7 years. The minimum length of lease is one year, which means that there are no properties available for holiday lets. Each house is let unfurnished. The majority of residential properties are in rural locations. A few of the houses have outbuildings which are suitable for use as offices or workshops. Some are in the village of Llanover, or the country hamlets of Llanarth, Great Oak or Coldbrook on the outskirts of Abergavenny. All of the properties are within easy commuting distance of Bristol, Cardiff and Newport (South Wales) and the M4, M5 & M50 motorways. There are train stations in Abergavenny & Newport.
