The three Estates have extensive forestry plantations, including both softwoods and hardwoods. Periodically, there are sales of timber by lots either standing or felled at roadside.

The Woodland at Llanover and Coldbrook Estates is accredited for certification under UKWAS (UK Woodland Assurance Scheme). They are managed by Andrew Bronwin & Co.
