Farming & Grasskeep
The estate has its own flock of pedigree black welsh mountain sheep. Breeding stock is occasionally available for sale.
Areas of grasskeep are periodically offered for lease. FBT or grazing licences can occasionally be agreed outside the annual grasskeep auction.

Forestry
The woods at Llanover and Coldbrook Estate are managed by Andrew Bronwin & co and accredited for certification under the UK Woodland Assurance Scheme (UKWAS). Periodically there are sales of timber by lots either standing or felled at roadside.
